Denise began her career in accounting within the medical device industry, where she built a strong foundation in financial operations and business administration. She later joined Advanced Recovery Specialists during its earliest stage of development, becoming employee #1 and playing an instrumental role in establishing the company’s operational processes from the ground up.

In her initial role as Sales Intake Specialist, Denise was responsible for managing incoming orders and coordinating early customer fulfillment, including processing the very first order in company history. Her attention to detail, organizational expertise, and deep understanding of operational workflows helped support the company during its formative years. After several successful years in intake operations, Denise transitioned into billing, where she expanded her expertise in revenue cycle management, reimbursement processes, and financial operations. Through her leadership and growing knowledge of the billing lifecycle, she has helped strengthen internal systems and improve operational efficiency.

Today, Denise serves as Revenue Cycle Manager, where she oversees billing operations and plays a key role in optimizing revenue cycle performance. In this position, she supports the continued growth and operational success of Wave Forms Med Tech while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across billing and revenue management processes.
