Putting Patients First Process

  • Your provider writes a prescription

    They’ll send it to us, just like they’d send a medication prescription to your pharmacy.

  • We’ll call you

    When we receive the prescription, we’ll call to confirm your address and insurance information.

  • We’ll deliver your product

    In most instances, one of our Patient-First Advocates will come right to your home to deliver your product, help you set it up, and make sure you know how to use it. If you happen to live in an area where Patient-First Advocates aren’t available, we’ll ship the product to your home and call to talk you through set up.

  • We’ll check in

    Our Continuum of Care team will email, text, or call to ask how much you’re using the product and how your recovery is progressing. If any concerns arise, we’ll try to address them ourselves or, if needed, reach out to your doctor.
