Jenna Carvalho is the Director of Patient Care and Operations at Wave Forms Med Tech, where she focuses on strengthening the continuum of care and ensuring our patient experience is truly outstanding throughout the recovery journey. After several years working in the finance sector, she transitioned into healthcare to pursue work that directly impacts people’s lives.

Today, she leads patient communication and operational processes designed to ensure patients feel informed, supported, and confident when using prescribed recovery therapies. She collaborate closely with sales teams, internal operations teams, and executive leadership to streamline processes, strengthen communication, and continuously improve patient outcomes and experiences.

The continuum of care is Jenna’s passion, and she is committed to building systems, teams and support structures that help patients heal while elevating the quality of care we provide.
